Who do we serve?
The Institute delivers world-class services and products to Tanzanian and African leaders in public and non-public sectors. Our main clientele are senior public leaders, such as ministers, permanent secretaries, members of parliament, senior officials of judiciary, regional commissioners, regional administrative secretaries, district commissioners, local government directors, board directors, chief executive officers, directors as well as their deputies. We also offer support to emerging leaders, such as professionals in middle management, who have the potential to progress to more senior leadership positions.
